These terms are an agreement between you and Renforcers Media and Advertising (“we”) about NearbyTop10. By using the site, creating an account or placing an order or booking, you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

What NearbyTop10 is

A directory that ranks restaurants by city and category and lets you contact, book or order from them. Restaurants, not NearbyTop10, prepare and sell the food, set prices and menus, and are responsible for hygiene, licences (such as FSSAI) and their own delivery. We are an intermediary. We do not take online payments: for delivery you pay the restaurant (cash or UPI to the rider) on delivery.

How rankings work

Positions in Top 10 lists are decided by diner reviews using the rules on our How we rank page. Some cards may be marked Editor’s pick or Sponsored; those positions are chosen by us or paid for, are always labelled, and do not change a restaurant’s rating. Sponsored banners are also labelled. Information such as hours, prices and photos comes from restaurants or public data and may be out of date; please check with the restaurant when it matters, for example for allergies.

Accounts

Give true information, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Foodies and restaurant owners must be 18 or older.

Reviews, photos and other content you post

Restaurants

You are responsible for your listing, menu, prices, offers, events and coupons being accurate and lawful, for honouring orders, bookings and coupons you accept, and for the food and service. Do not pay for or write fake reviews. We review new restaurants before they appear and may refuse, suspend or remove a listing. Listings built from public map data can be claimed or removed by the owner through the claim link on the page.

Packages, payments and refunds

Restaurants can buy a paid package (visibility and marketing services on NearbyTop10). The packages, prices and validity are shown in the restaurant dashboard under Package & receipts. Payment is made to Renforcers Media and Advertising by cash or cheque; there is no online payment. A payment is recorded and a receipt is issued once we receive it. A cheque counts only when it is realised; if it is returned unpaid the package is withdrawn.

Refunds: package payments are non-refundable after 15 days from the date of payment. Within 15 days of the payment date you may ask for a refund by writing to salveamol@gmail.com; after that the payment is final and no refund is given for any unused period, a suspension caused by breaking these terms, or a change of mind. A package pays for the services listed, not for a better rank: positions in Top 10 lists are decided only by diner reviews.

Orders and bookings

An order or booking is between you and the restaurant. The restaurant may decline or cancel it. Delivery times are estimates. Complaints about food, delivery or refunds should go to the restaurant first; tell us if it does not respond.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, overload it, try to break its security, use it to send spam, or collect other people’s details.

Our liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of food or services sold by restaurants, for the accuracy of listings or reviews posted by others, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Reporting a problem or an infringement

Write to salveamol@gmail.com with the page address and what is wrong. We act on valid notices promptly.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you cannot give up.
